Quick Disconnect

Often abbreviated to "QD", this mechanical device utilizes high pressure nitrogen to provide a safe and sealed disconnect of the fuel and oxidizer lines used to fill a cryogenic liquid rocket with its respective propellants during launch.

Designed in Solid Works and completed March of 2020.
